"Hill 5"
The Hill 5 is a traditional Australian blend of two premium red varieties Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Clare Valley. The fruit is sourced from a small vineyard ‘Hill 5’ at Sevenhill.
Small parcels are fermented in open fermenters, and then basket pressed for maturation in new and older French oak barriques.
